NIGHTSCAPES — LUCA CAMPIGOTTO

curated by Renata Ferri

Luca Campigotto’s photography evolves in continuous succession.
Between colour, the definite protagonist of many explorations, perfect and refined in the definition of each minimal detail, and an intense and sublime black and white that makes shadow drawing landscapes of rather dreamlike studies; between the metropolitan peregrinations and immense desert scenarios; between what remains of the past and the future.

Nothing happens in Campigotto’s pictures: reality is the powerful creative moment, the scenario for narration, in which the author creates a visual story, clear but never cold, with the capacity of different emotional layers that open to a deeper level, freeing an energy full of emotion where the beyond is permeated with melancholic beauty.
